Paradise awaits for you in this well appointed, fully furnished, ground floor walk out. One of the three large pools is right outside the lanai with the ocean in view, and just steps away. Enjoy watching whales and many other ocean mammals play or continue on their journeys.
The first primary bedroom has a king sized bed with an attached ensuite, with double sinks, and access to its own private lanai.
The second bedroom has a king sized bed with an attached ensuite, and patio doors to the lanai.
The third bedroom has two twin beds with a full sized bathroom just outside the bedroom door.
Each bedroom has its own AC and ceiling fans, with room darkening blinds, while the main living space has AC and two ceiling fans.
Floor to ceiling patio doors have privacy glass and open up to let you become one with nature. Our building is equipped with a back up generator so in case of a power failure, you can continue on.
Stainless steel appliances, water and ice dispenser, gas cook top, and washer and dryer are conveniently found inside the unit. There is a TV in the living room.
The resort has 3 large pools, restaurant and bar, gym, library, spa, tennis and pickle ball courts.
All condos are owner owned, this is not a hotel, and is a quiet place to enjoy the beauty outside of Puerto Escondido. The town of Chila is about 15 minutes away, and Puerto Escondido is about 25 minutes away, and has many wonderful restaurants, shops, and beaches. It’s a top ranked designation for World class surfing. Please feel free to reach out for recommendations for restaurants or tours. The resort is non-smoking but has a few designated areas, and smoking is strictly prohibited in our condo. The resort has a top notch water filtration system and drinkable. No need to buy bottled water. Enjoy sunsets on the beach or partaking in turtle releases, both of which never get old. The beach is swim able at times, but always watch for the flag colors and adhere to the lifeguard. There is a security gate at the entrance and 24 hour security on site. It can be very busy at Christmas and Easter with lots of rental guests, but otherwise it’s mainly serene and peaceful.
