Positive: Location, beautiful grounds and view

Negative: LOTS of noise from construction directly east of unit. Ants and a cockroach in room. AC unit doesnt work on lowest setting, just turns off. Great, completed pickleball courts but NO NETS. Portable nets can be purchased for $100-200 each and should have been provided.
