The manager, as well as the staff members Victoria and Carola, were incredibly friendly, and they host daily events for guests, which made my stay truly enjoyable. Summary: Super sick time there. Never been to mexico and my 2nd time to a hostel. The atmosphere was really chill, inviting and a great place to meet people from around the world. Would highly recommend especially for a solo traveler to make friends!

Summary: front desk only responds sometimes to select people. the bathrooms smelled so moldy and they don’t care about how loud people are at night. I’ve heard multiple people complain but nothing being done. the front desk is pretty nice just not very helpful
