A direct-coded elevator opens into our newly remodeled apartment with marble flooring. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open onto a spacious terrace where you can enjoy a breathtaking Pacific Ocean view and the Sierra Mountains. Ft, 5-bedroom, 5 1/2-bathroom home sleeps 10 with a newly installed A/C system and many upgraded amenities. It is located on the 16th floor of Torre 4. All new KitchenAid appliances in the luxury kitchen with quartz countertops! There is a filtered water dispenser and everything you will need for an enjoyable visit: an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, wine refrigerator, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, crockpot, and plenty of supplies.
The grandmaster second-floor suite has two-sided ocean views, a king bed, a free-standing jacuzzi bathtub, a large shower, a double sink, and a walk-in wardrobe closet. The second bedroom has two double beds + a full bath. The third and fourth bedrooms have king beds + full baths, and walk-in closets. The fifth bedroom has two full-size beds, a closet, + a full bath. The condo is complete with a custom dining table for 8, an office with high-speed fiber mesh Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, front and back stairs, and a washer and dryer in the laundry room.
