Traditional chiapas style house. It's a calm and silent house 5 minutes walking to the main walking street Guadalupe. The house has 2 comfortable rooms with king sized beds and a living room with chimney for cold evenings. Living room has TV 55" with Netflix. Fully equipped kitchen, 1,5 bathrooms. WIFi 50 mb. In between the rooms there's a private garden for guests with coffee trees and table with chairs, a hammock to enjoy the weather. You can safely park your car in our garage and you can access the terrace on the 2nd floor to get some sun and great views of the city (using our lounge chairs).

It's a perfect space for 4 people. To access the bathroom and kitchen you will need to go through outside area. It's a charm of a local styled houses.
The house is located in the oldest and historic neighbourhoods of San Cristobal - el cerrillo. 2 bocks from famous Na Bolom museum and restaurant and lots of other coffeeshops, restaurants etc. 5 minutes walking from Guadalupe walking street. 12 minutes walk to the main square (or 5 minutes by car).
Please note: It's a traditional Chiapas style layout of the house so bathrooms and kitchen are not connected from the inside the rooms, you'll need to pass through the "outside" hall to get to those (inside the property). Please see the photos to verify how the house is, how the rooms are connected: the living room and the 2 rooms are interconnected it´s a chiapas style home. If privacy between rooms is your priority maybe we are not your best option.
We depend on the biggest internet provider in Mexico. It mostly works great but sometimes it can slow down or interrupt. This situation will be in any part of San Cristobal, we ofter receive people who work and they mostly have no problem working.
