Summary: Parking is tight for a larger vehicle but free so that saves $50 a night. No front desk. No luggage storage. No refills on anything. Only one hand towel and two wash clothes for two people for three days. Requested and early checkin three days ahead like Avantstay website requires and response was can’t request until day of. Request refused even though room was ready. Be aware the door code will not work until after 4pm. Bed was comfortable. No overhead lighting in bedroom so very dark. Only wall switch by door to turn off bedside lamps. Safe was out of order. Living room floor was coming up. Watch your toes. Advertised Apple TV but it is Roku. Only AC in living room with a small slat into bedroom. Bathroom door does not close. Kitchen with ice maker was useful for drinks. Did not cook. Cleaning staff did a good job and were very nice. Four long city blocks to broadway. Safe area. Would recommend.
