On a quiet street known for its colorful facades, the house is within easy walking distance of Merida’s best restaurants, markets, shops, and galleries. All that and It’s only 20 minutes to the airport and 40 minutes to the beach! The home is recently renovated and fully air-conditioned. It has a built in water filtration system so you can drink from the tap and updated plumbing allows toilet paper to be flushed. Upstairs, a master bedroom and bath are next to a spacious office/studio with a small balcony. The garden is beautifully landscaped with succulents, a gorgeous ramon tree, and an outdoor shower. At the back of the house, there’s generously sized guest casita with its own bathroom, private patio, and beautiful fountain. Guests have full access to the house and garden.
