The space
Welcome to the lake! Parking is available for one car in our driveway. Free street parking is also available on a first-come first-served basis. The home is off of a main road into town, so you will have everything the Finger Lakes has to offer at your fingertips.
Upon parking, guests will head down a long but gently sloped flight of stairs where you will find a teal log home waiting your arrival. There are two patios to choose from- one on the side of the home which gives wonderful privacy, or a covered patio at the front of the home to soak in breathtaking views. Once guests enter, you'll be greeted by an airy viewing room with ample large windows facing the lake. A great place to sit and enjoy the view, have a morning coffee at the breakfast table, or work with a view at the desk!
The viewing room opens into a cozy and chic living room with ample seating, an electric fireplace, faux fur rug, 55 inch Smart TV, and even a neon sign.
On either side of the fireplace, guests will find both bedrooms- one with a queen bed and one with a bunk bed. Each bedroom includes a closet, overhead lighting, and table lights.
Through the living room, a light, spacious kitchen is cheerfully awaiting. With an island/prep table, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, and skylights, this is a great area for families and friends. The kitchen also features french doors leading to the patio for easy outdoor dining.
Through a short hallway off the kitchen, you'll find the bathroom. A vanity with ample lighting and a standing shower makes getting ready a breeze. Laundry is also located off of the kitchen behind accordion doors.
Continue down the steps to find a very large yard with kayak launch and a small dock. Kayaks, life jackets, and paddles available for free. Dock is great for fishing or just enjoying the water. No boat docking is allowed. Please note that there are 86 steps from the parking area to the home. There are an additional 20 steps from the house to the lake front.
