Positive: Secluded location and the employees are very nice and accommodating. The pool and eating area nice and nicely decorated. There are animals on the property which add a nice flair to the experience!

Negative: Sadly new Ruins does not present itself as it does in pictures. The individual buildings/rooms are in dire need of attention/ Restauration, the once white walls had a yellowish tint and there were cobwebs to be found almost everywhere. Our room had a big crack in its wall over the entrance door from the inside, in which an ant colony was living. The room was musky, and even with all windows and doors opened that smell never left the room. The common area pictured with view of the sea is basically non existent as it is now a storage space for old decoration. The mosquito netting had holes which resulted in a lot of mosquitos and insects in the room. All the faucets and fans were rusty due to the salty air from the sea.
