The Space:
The Delcanto Resort is one of the most exclusive & luxurious stays in New Vallarta. The resort is located right on the beach, and guests have access to great common areas, snack bar, 2 large pools surrounded by sun loungers and dining tables, a hot tub, and a fully-equipped fitness center.
The main highlights of the 3rd-floor condo:
The SITTING AREA features a large, comfortable sofa facing a wall-mounted TV for relaxing downtime, plus floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that give access to the PRIVATE BALCONY. Step outside and enjoy dining in the fresh air with a view of the pool area.
The KITCHEN has all the necessary appliances, cookware, and dishware to prepare meals at home, plus lots of counter space for easy meal prep and a dishwasher for a quick clean-up. There’s a breakfast bar where you can eat, drink, and work on your laptop if needed. There's a washer and dryer in the unit for added convenience.

There is no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like to arrange cleaning during your stay, one can be arranged at an additional charge. For stays of 7 nights or more, there is a mandatory weekly cleaning.
The resort requires identification for all the persons staying in the home at least 7 days prior to arrival.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
