This newly upgraded villa includes new furniture, granite, and decor throughout! Additionally, there are flat screen TV's in each room that includes DISH network with over 100 channels for your enjoyment!
The master suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress, a jacuzzi tub, his and her sinks, and a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The guest suite provides 2 queen beds, a small refrigerator, an entertainment center and a full bath. There is also an additional full bath just off the living room.
The contemporary kitchen includes a breakfast bar,dining table, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, a pantry and waher/dryer just off the kitchen. The drinking water is completely filtered through the Villa Las Estancia complex.
The fully furnished dine-in terrace has a grill and a wet bar for your outdoor dining experience.
A personal concierge is available to guests prior to and during their stay. The concierge will arrange dinner reservations, excursions, or shop for groceries! (extra charge for shopping and groceries)
