Summary: We chose this place due to the reviews online - it is a pricey place for what we experienced. The rooms, if you get a one bedroom suite, are awesome for families. The pool was freezing - even when it is hot outside, it was barely tolerable for our kids to get in the pool. The service was so-so - good service when someone came to you, but not always efficient. The gym is big, but it needs a lot more free weights and cleaned better. There was only one rack of free weights. The food is good, but not exceptional. I also feel like all-inclusive isn't really all-inclusive as they try to have you buy wine (at much higher prices than restaurants in the USA) in order to get reservations at the restaurants. The beach is amazing - best part of the trip.
