Casa de la Reina is a beach front property that just completed a full renovation, resulting in a stunning oceanfront spot with unobstructed sprawling views of the Pacific Ocean. Three levels of expansive living, the main house has four large bedrooms which sleep 10. There is also a private access casita, with a private deck that sleeps an additional 3. There are four and half spa bathrooms.
The main (top) level of the house has been designed for entertaining. The space enjoys floor to ceiling windows - giving ocean views from every corner. Pocket sliding doors open to the first of three large decks and sensational outdoor living. The large chef’s kitchen with an impressive, oversized island seamlessly flows into an elegant dining space. A large open floor plan living room with custom built-in cabinets and large screen tv are the perfect spot to kick back. There is also a full custom bar and a lounge space to spread out. Enjoy cooking or bring in a private chef for a pampered experience.
The next level (down) hosts two bedrooms. The master bedroom with its en suite has a king bed, a fireplace and flat screen television. The master bathroom is pure heaven for spa-lovers, with its oversized, jetted tub facing the ocean views. Pocket sliding doors open to the expansive deck, making it a perfect spot to sit and enjoy morning coffee or private time. The second en suite is also on this floor. This room has a queen bed, flat screen television and spa-inspired bathroom. This room also opens to the large deck.
The bottom level also has two bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed. The other room has two sets of bunk beds: (1) double and (1) queen bed in each. Each room has a flat screen television and pocket sliding doors opening to a private deck.
The casita sits on the main (top) floor. There is an open kitchen, dining and living space as well as a separate en suite king bedroom.
The home has a complete washer and dryer available for use. It also has a private, attached and covered spiral staircase from the terrace on two levels - directly opening onto the sandy beach. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower off the third level to use when coming up from the beach.

San Antonio Del Mar is a guard-gated community within 15 miles from the San Diego border and about 5 miles north of famous Rosarito Beach. Within the gated community, and all within walking distance of the property, there is a lovely park area for children as well as two pools, tennis courts, a small market and miles of beach access. There are also five restaurants on site, including a sushi spot with live music, a great spot for morning coffee and pastries, and a stylish supper club with incredible views.
Rosarito Beach - City : The private community of San Antonio Del Mar is adjacent to Baja Malibu, well known for surfing and is right across Real Del Mar Golf course for those fun loving activities. Horse-back riding on the beach is popular right outside the world famous Rosarito Beach hotel with its own pier. The city of Rosarito Beach is five miles South and has very nice restaurants and is alive at night with numerous clubs. You can walk around the city and browse for all kinds of souvenirs at low prices in the small shops. Visit Fox Studios near Rosarito Beach that was set up for shooting several premier sea related films like Leonardo De Caprios' Titanic among others.
Rosarito Beach - Nearby: Puerto Nuevo, the famous Lobster Village is only 20 minutes away on the scenic road and is home to over 100 seaside restaurants and shops.
Ensenada - Nearby: Ensenada, the beautiful port city with its duty free shops and sea side restaurants is an hour away if you want to explore further. You definitely do not want to miss La Buffadora with the majestic hills and the sea creating a blow hole that shoots mists of water several stories high. For the wine lovers, the valley of Guadalupe offers wine tasting tours of several wineries.
