Summary: Nice place but looks like a prison from outside. Definitely not sound proof. They ask you to wash the dishes if you make a mess but dont provide soap or sponge. I used shampoo to wash the dishes before and after we used them. The security/doormen were a pleasure very friendly and quick to let us in and out. Add some cleaning supplies to help with cleanliness. Not much you can do about the noise.
