Summary: Once you reserved, they should avise you to use only the phone number given to communicate. By the internet site they use i never received any answers. You need codes to get in through the electronic lock. Luckily a guest opened up the main door for us. Someone who doesn't like this place has a problem. Only one that i see is the uphill to come to the place for someone with mobility handicap. Best value for price/quality. Genaro is taking good care of his guests. Also he brings pastries and fruits in the morning and makes coffe as compliments to the guests. The place even has a water filter as shown on picture. However think to always fill it up. The water is dripping very slowly once filtered, and it takes time to be filtered. You won't be sick at all to drink it. There are 6 rooms available . Ask Genaro for the codes you need to enter through the front gate electronic lock. Also the codes for the house entrance and your room. If you don't and there is nobody here you will be stuck at the entrance 😡 You can see the hill on the last picture. You have to climb it when you are coming from downton. Definitely will come back here on a next visit to Valle de Bravo.
