Set in a quiet location above Downtown Winter Park, you'll be afforded incredible mountain views from the large deck, complete with outdoor seating and a private grill. Within the home you'll find two separate lounges with flatscreen TVs, a pool table, a ping-pong table, a freshly remodeled and fully equipped kitchen, and a private hot tub on the lower level patio. Cooks will love the large kitchen with tons of counter space, a wall of windows looking into the mountain landscape, and all the rest of the necessities for preparing home cooked meals. The large dining table seats twelve, with seating at the island for five and a smaller dining table for four more, perfect for the kids.

Enjoy a plush King-size bed, a large private balcony, a double-sided fireplace, and a sitting area with a sofa, two armchairs, and a flat-screen TV.
