Summary: I was very disappointed with the property. First of all, the location is sketchy. We had to drive on the dirt road to the property. We parked right by the unit to unload our stuff but then we had to drive to the opposite side to park the car. The space is small for a family of four. The rooms and bathrooms are very small. The shower faucet was not working well. I had to stand in the shower for a while to get the right temperature. They provided a very small travel size shampoo and lotion and that's about it. The toilet handle is loose from the other bathroom and constantly stopped working when we tried to flush. The worst thing was that we were out of water for more than 12 hours! We could not flush or shower or doing anything that required water! I kept reaching out to them when it first stopped at night but I didn't hear back until I reached out again in the morning. It seems like a recurring issue from other reviews.This place is not sound proof at all. The music was blasting from the restaurants near by and we could hear people talking from outside and other close units. I gave 2 stars because the property manager Sharuna was friendly and responsive. This is definitely not a place for a family to stay here. If you're a single traveler (or a couple without kids) who are looking for a place that is far from the beach and doesn't mind the noise and the condition of the unit (without water and toilet issues), then it's ok to stay. We had to book another place to stay.
