Summary: Rundown and dirty unit, dryer was not working, walls need panting. There is no A/C just fans on each room but we couldnt used them as they were very dirty (look at pics). When we shower there was a strong gas smell in the kitchen. Plants in the balcony were dry. Curtains were damaged (pic). Windows are not soundproof and there was a lot of traffic noise comming from the street.
