You won't need a car; a short walk to restaurants, gym, beach, bars, pharmacy, public transportation, shops, etc. Steps from your door is corner market and OXXO, a Spa and excellent Nail Salon. Garage space available for a bike or motorcycle. Street parking is safe.
I live upstairs with my indoor kitty girl. I speak English, Spanish and some cat. She is available for visiting by request only. 😺😸 This is a pet friendly home with an enclosed back patio. One block to a lovely park for daily walk.
