This unit is ideally located on the bay where you are just minutes away from 2nd St. shopping, restaurants and the marina. This IS NOT a party house.

Absolutely no parties of any kind. No more than 8 guests in the residence. No illicit drug use or smoking inside of the residence. Be mindful of noise level in the nighttime hours.
