This open floor plan single family house was built in 2006 offers 2600 sq feet of tasteful, subtle beach vibe. Plenty of space with 4 Bedrooms/3.5 Bath (2 Primary /Master Suites: 1 on the Main floor and 1 upstairs), main floor living space plus bonus loft space upstairs for the kids to hang out. - Sleeps Up to 12 (8 Adults.) . Smart TVs are in each of the 4 bedrooms as well as larger Roku/smart TVs in both the family room and loft space. The house boasts a Gourmet Kitchen with Granite Countertops and Stainless Steel Appliances and a large pantry to store everything you need and includes a 14 cup drip (cone) coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker. Walk In Closets, with vinyl luxury flooring throughout the home, bedrooms have walk-in closet. Dining Room table plus island seating as well as outdoor seating for those meals from the gas grill on the newly built patio! Inviting covered front porch, garage with bikes and beach chairs for use. FREE Delivery and Pickup
All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival. You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.

Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest. However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.
Outdoor Monitoring
The home may have an outdoor and/or garage security camera and/or video doorbell installed outside of the living space. These monitoring devices are for security purposes only.
