Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Amazing view from the cabin, super comfortable bed and terrace seating, coffee machine with pods in room, soft towels, and location right at the base of the mountain with lots to visit nearby.

Negative: Gates were shut and I had to shout through a metal grill to get someone’s attention to let me in, despite contacting to let them know when I would be arriving during normal check in hours. Cabin door didn’t lock and I was told ‘this is a relaxed place, it will be fine’. I had to find someone to be shown how to get out of the property and disturbed a family party in the bungalows by the entrance to get help, this party carried on until midnight- although the sound quietened with all the cabin sliding doors shut. Towels were dirty, as were pillowcases. Shower was always cold.

Summary: Beautiful, comfortable, empty venue, unwelcoming.
