Known as one of the resort's most desirable neighborhoods, Laurel Grove offers a peaceful residential setting paired with convenient access to Sandestin's world-class amenities, private beach access, golf courses, and entertainment.
The main level features an open-concept living and dining area designed for gathering and relaxing together. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances, custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and bar seating for additional dining space. A conveniently located powder room is just off the living area. Also on the first floor is a queen guest suite with a pillow-top mattress and a private en-suite bathroom featuring a double vanity, garden tub, and walk-in shower—ideal for guests who prefer main-level accommodations.
