The Space: Completely new, enjoy the privacy, comfort and great service of our beautiful loft that will make your stay in Cabo an unforgettable experience! The loft is spacious and fully equipped with: Kitchen with 4-burner electric stove, pans and pots, silverware, cups, plates, glasses, wine glasses and more. A room with an incredible dining room, a comfortable sofa and television, wifi and a half bathroom. The bedroom with a bed with pillows perfect to rest, mirrors, a large closet with hooks, clothes iron, full bathroom with towels. There is secure parking for cars. We have a fully equipped gym, with air conditioning, a bathroom and full body mirrors. The pool is located on the roof and has a beautiful view of Cabo San Lucas! There is also a bathroom and outdoor shower. In this area we also have a grill, tables with chairs and umbrellas as well as a sitting area to relax. As for the service, we have a reception desk that will help you on your arrival and departure and our concierge will give you the best advice and help you with any reservation you need. What makes us unique is that we treat our visitors like family! Morgan Boutique Hotel and Residences, which is our location, is still under construction so there may be some light construction noise during your stay but we will do our best to keep noise to a minimum. The Neighborhood: This is a very local area but everything is a quick taxi or Uber drive away, including the famous Cabo San Lucas Marina and beautiful Medano Beach! Getting Around: Uber and Taxi's are the way to go! Many of our guests will rent their own car and use our free parking spaces to keep their car rental safe. Other Things to Note: This apartment is in a local area of Cabo San Lucas.
