Cleaning: Please be respectful of the unit and the things inside it. Your cleaning schedule depends on the platform you booked through. If you booked through Airbnb, somebody will come by weekly to clean. If you booked with Booking.com At the end of your stay, please ensure that dishes are washed and any large messes are looked after. A/C: The villa has a number of AC units to keep you cool and comforable during your stay. As electricity is a premium, we ask that you please close your doors when using the air conditioning units. The units also have a tendency to malfunction if doors are open so we ask that you make sure the unit is sealed before running them for long periods of time. Noise: Ensuring you enjoy yourself is our top priority. While we encourage you to make the most of your stay, we also ask you to be mindful of the other people that are staying here (Las Palmas often has families with children). This means no loud audio devices in public areas and a noise curfew of 10:30pm Plunge Pool: Your villa has a beautiful plunge pool located on the balcony for you to enjoy. We ask that you don't bring food, drinks or animals into the plunge pool at any time. Lights and jets for the pool are located on the wall next to the pool. Safe: To set a code for the safe, type in the code you want and hit the 'A' button, retype the code and hit A again. To change the code, press and hold the red button on the inside of the safe and repeat the process above. Instructions for using the safe can be found on it. Late night arrivals: If you are planning to arrive at Las Palmas after 11pm there will be an additional cost of 400 pesos. Please inform us if you are planning to come after 11pm so we can make the appropriate arrangements. Ocean Safety: Las Palmas is located in beautiful Playa Blanca. Unlike many other destinations, we are situated on the open ocean and this can pose safety risks for people wishing to swim. We strongly suggest that you treat the ocean with caution and respect, and that only experienced swimmers enter. Children are not allowed in the ocean without a parent or guardian at any time. Pets: Pets are allowed in our unit by request. Before bringing a pet you must speak to Las Palmas Luxury Villas directly. If you bring a pet without asking your reservation may be rejected. Please note that no pets are allowed by guests during Semana Santa and Christmas. *Traducciones e español* Limpieza: respete la unidad y las cosas que contiene.
