From our front door, it’s an easy 15-minute walk to Disneyland, and you can enjoy fireworks from your private backyard! • This is a non-smoking home. Smoking of any kind, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited.

• Outdoor music or activities that could disturb neighbors are not permitted.

• Guests must comply with city regulations; failure may result in fines or legal action.
• Reservations over 10 nights may incur a mid-stay cleaning fee.
• Check-ins/outs on major holidays may incur additional cleaning fees.
• STR Rules Deposit Hold: $500–$700 (only charged if house rules are violated).
