My home offers cosmopolitan living in a quaint and quiet suburban neighborhood. Off street parking. The home can easily accommodate up to 7 guests sharing 2 queen size beds, a full sofa sleeper and a foldout cot. It has been newly remodeled, and has an open floor plan with a combined living room and dining room. Sheets, pillows, comforters, towels and washcloths are provided. Dishes, flatware, pots, pans, and skillets are all provided. The pantry has a Keurig and a few K-cups, cream & sugar, to get you started, which can be found in the pantry. Washer and dryer is available - guest must provide their own detergent. A small dog, under twenty (20) pounds is allowed. Guest must clean up after their pet, both inside and outside. The residence is between 2-3 miles from Louisville's great east end malls, Top Golf. Capital Grill, and numerous other restaurants. Close and easy access to interstates gets you downtown and to most of Louisville’s many area attractions and entertainment districts in under 20 minutes, depending on traffic.
