Summary: Axel was extremely helpful during the check-in process. Having a kitchen and a refrigerator in the suite was a big plus as we were able to cook most meals without depending on restaurants or food delivery apps. Our only complaint was the very limited amount of kitchenware available (thus the 4 star rating).
