Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Nice facility in a central location. Convenient to public transportation, very clean and the staff were very attentive. The only drawback was that I was told I would get a discount on the first night because the bed didn't have sheets, only a blanket and pillow. Also because I arrived at 4 am. The next day staff told me no discount. 🤨 The guests were from everywhere and a nice mix of people.

Negative: There are 12 beds in one room and in one of the bunks was a snorer. By 3 am I could no longer ignore the sound. I watched TV for an hour to try to get sleepy but when I returned to my bunk, the snoring was still happening. I suppose this can be expected when there is a large number of people in a small space. Also, one guest's wallet turned up missing. He asked to review the security footage from the camera aimed directly at where he was sitting. After a full day of waiting, he was told the footage for that day was not available. I question whether the cameras are real or dummy cameras. He was never shown any footage and there are no visible wires from the cameras🤔
