The space
Without being exuberant, this house will provide you with a sense of space and privacy, security and functionality, very comfortable and at a great price. We are pet friendly. Newly upgraded and painted, you will find USB Charges on Wall plates, broadband internet, and hot water at all times. All 3 bedrooms are spacious and have newly upgraded closets. Smart Roku TV includes Netflix. Full bathroom upstairs is also spacious and comfortable. Half bathroom available downstairs. All the house floors are tile, which makes it pleasant to the eye.
Guest access
Coming from Toluca on Isidro Fabela Ave, before Toluca-Atlacomulco Highway, make a left to Rio Papaloapan St towards Santa Cruz Atzcapotzaltongo. Few blocks down from 2nd OXXO, make a right on Libertad St, then another right to Rio Bravo St, go 3 blocks down and make a left on Durazno St. House is on the left. Parking available for 1 car inside the gated community. Although you can park outside for free, I encourage using the inside the property.

"Mexican Pink" Façade, with black accents. Security cameras pointing to the entrance from the Street and inside the gated community's parking lot.
