Our home offers a game room, screened-in patio, backyard oasis, and a fully stocked kitchen with multiple coffee brewing options. For your beach days, we provide towels, umbrellas, chairs, toys, and a beach wagon. We are a NO SMOKING, NO Vaping, NO E-Cigaretteproperty, inside and out.Please note, while we are pet-friendly, all pets must be approved in advance, with a $200 pet fee per stay.To ensure a comfortable environment for all guests, we do have an age requirement of 25 or older to book, and we don’t allow parties or events of any kind. Additionally, our home is not available for groups of high school or college students planning a Spring Break getaway.
