top of the line Viking Appliances where we have fully stocked with all prep/cooking and service items; not to mention the purified water system, Ice Maker, Margarita Maker and so much more! Large granite bar seats 6 and the window system compacts to serve the patio area or just to enjoy the fresh ocean breezes.
Also off the great room we have a temperature controlled WINE ROOM with Brick Dome Ceiling, Chandelier, 2 wine refrigerators.
Continuing the opulence of this Penthouse is the Separate Media Room, with its own oversized flat screen TV, Large comfortable sectional, black and blackout drapes. We do have an air mattress should you need to sleep additional ones.
The half bathroom is conveniently located next to the media room just of the Great Room.
Continuing down the passages to the bedrooms is the storage room with beach chairs, wagon, additional beach towels, and other beach and pool items for your pleasure.
4 Luxury Bedrooms w/ en-suite bathrooms provide a total of 10 Beds. (Per the HOA Max Occ you are allowed 12 persons over the age of 5 years old. Those that are 5 and under do not count in your occupancy and are not required to wear wrist bands.)

We have 2 underground assigned parking spaces that are steps from the 2 air conditioned elevators and we have a private code for the elevator to access only our floor which is shared by 1 other Penthouse that is not a rental.
