the perfect place; despite having a vintage style, it does not indicate that we do not integrate current technology; that is why our high-speed internet will give you hours of recreation since you can connect your electronic devices and enjoy your favorite programs. If you come to work remotely, you will be connected when you need it, and by the way, our work desk also has a spectacular view.
Our facilities have a communal pool, which you can use at any time and enjoy pleasant moments with family and friends.
Keep in mind that there are some details that we are working hard to improve. For example, air conditioners are also vintage, and we are in the process of replacing them, so their cooling capabilities are no longer what they used to be; however, they continue to provide comfort. The master bedroom, one additional bedroom, and the dining room have air and ceiling fans; however, we have a portable fan in case you need a little more air. We do not currently have television, but you can connect your tablets, computers and / or phones to our high-speed internet.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit of $250 USD or buying a non-refundable damage waiver of $25 USD. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking for up to $250 USD.
House Rules
1. Respect the rules of the condominium and be very careful with the accommodation.
2. Be careful and responsible in using electrical energy: turn off air conditioners, lights, and fans that are not in use, and make sure to turn them off when leaving. Keep windows and doors closed when air conditioners are in operation.
3. To maintain proper functioning, the minimum temperature of air conditioners must be 22 degrees Celsius.
4. Smoking is allowed only in the balcony with closed doors and never inside the apartment.
5. Dispose of the cigarette butts in a bottle with water, preferably if you can close it and discard it as a bottle of water. This is to prevent the smell of cigarette butts from permeating the interior. Any burns or damage caused by cigarettes will be charged after the review of the property.
6. Your pet is more than welcome; however, we have certain restrictions and conditions that you must accept.
7. We do not have an autonomous check-in system; however, we are committed to welcoming you in person, the regular check-in time is from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, but don't worry, if you need to arrive later, we will have a person to welcome you after 7:00 pm. Check-ins after 7:00 pm have an additional cost of $5.00 USD per additional hour. For example, if your arrival is at 9:00 pm, the check-in cost will be $10 USD, which must be paid in cash to our staff who welcomes you.
Pet Policies
- Only dogs are allowed
- Only one dog is allowed per stay; any exceptions should be discussed before booking
- We only accept small breeds or those that do not exceed 10 kilos, preferably if they are hypoallergenic breeds
- Upon arrival, we recommend taking your pet to the parking lot garden to make the bathroom before entering the property. Usually, dogs, no matter how well trained they are, instinctively tend to mark territory when they are introduced to a new place, so in this way, the risk of doing so within the property is reduced.
- While we do not ask for proof of vaccination, we expect our guests to be responsible and that their pets are vaccinated, dewormed, and flea-free, Remember that future guests occupy our property.
- Pets are not allowed in the common areas, so if you take them out to relieve yourself, you can only do it in the parking lot gardens.
- We know that to enjoy the beach and facilities, you must leave your pet unattended inside our property, so to avoid a bad experience, we ask you to please leave your pet inside its crate, which we hope you will bring with you.
- Clean after your pet's needs
- Pets are not allowed in the furniture and beds, and in case a professional cleaning is needed that is not covered by the pet cleaning that we include, this will be charged to the guest, as well as any damage caused by the pet
