Welcome to our comfortable 2 bedroom 1 bathroom in Tower Grove South. Enjoy a spacious 2 bedroom located on the 1st floor of our small apartment building. This private unit is equipped with a Roku TV in the living room as well as the main bedroom, all linens/towels provided, a dedicated workspace in bedroom, washer/dryer in the basement, plenty of street parking and everything you need for a great stay in our home away from home. Free high speed internet/wifi along with access to Netflix, Hulu, and Roku live channels are provided during your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your essential cookware, gas stove, microwave, and dining area for four.

This apartment is within walking distance to a variety of restaurants/cafes, grocery stores, and Tower Grove Park. Located within minutes of downtown, the Arch, and the Cardinals games at Busch Stadium.

There are a few steps up (~12 steps) to the front entrance of the building. The unit itself is located on the 1st floor. This unit may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

NOTE: This apartment is located in a neighborhood with a mix of businesses and residential as well as a busy main street. It is normally pretty calm but can get lively and sometimes noisy with the street noise and foot traffic.

2ND BEDROOM:

- Blackout thermal shades along with curtains for restful sleep.

- Direct access to the backyard from this bedroom.

LIVING ROOM:
- Comfortable sofa and love seat
- Extra oversized chair for lounging.
- Roku TV with Netflix & Hulu.

BATHROOM:
- shower/tub combo, towels (bath, hand, & face), and hand soap.

GUEST ACCESS: Secured building with coded locks for front entrance and individual units. You will have private access to your unit along with the shared backyard and shared washer/dryer in the basement.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS: You have the place to yourself and we will respect your privacy. However, we are available for help or provide recommendations usually via app message, phone, or text and will reply as soon as we are able.

NOTE:
- Self check-in with keyless touch pad. Please notify us of your arrival and departure times to schedule cleaning. Code and directions given in message prior to arrival.

- Strict NO PARTIES and NO SMOKING of any kind (i.e. cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, or anything else) inside the unit. Violators will be charged a $300 fee and your stay will be canceled immediately with no refund will be provided.

- NO unregistered guests.

PETS: are welcome with approval from host prior to booking and there will be an additional one time fee. This is to cover the cost of an additional "deep" cleaning to assure future guests with allergies are not affected. Please clean up after your pet in unit and in backyard, if not, you'll be charged accordingly. NO dogs allowed on furniture, especially sofas or beds. Pets must be crate trained and needs to be crated when left alone in the unit. Excessive barking will result in your reservation being canceled with no refund will be provided.

- Short Term Guests: $75 per pet (One time fee)
- Long Term Guests (over 28 night stays): $150 per pet (One time fee). Housekeeping service is required and included with rent. If damage to the unit is found from your pet(s), your reservation will be canceled immediately and no refund will be provided.

Early check-in or late check-out is not guaranteed and can be accommodated with prior approval from the host given there aren't other guests checking in or out during that time.

DOORS: The front door is keyless entry and auto-lock after 30 seconds. Please make sure doors all closed tightly and all the way to ensure that the deadbolt can fully lock.
