Includes BBQ grill, table/ chairs. Front deck has large patio sitting area set. WIFI and 65” TV along with a television in each bedroom with Roku sticks. New Central Air Conditioner and heating system along with ceiling fans. This is a great rental for families. We apologize we do not rent to minors or smokers (sorry).

The condo is also located close to the shops and restaurants in Downtown Ocean City along Asbury Ave. Mallon's Bakery is right around the corner and Mario's and Piccini Restaurants are a five-minute walk away.
