The space
The Sheraton Buganvilias Vacation Club hotel is on the beach with 2 pools. The large main pool offers a swim-up bar with daily games and entertainment. This reservation grants you access to the timeshare members' only pool with a swim-up bar and hot tub.
The pools are right outside the back doors of the hotel so there is not a long distance to go back and forth to your suite. This makes it perfect for children and the elderly.
The hotel offers beach volleyball, pool volleyball, ping pong, XL poolside chess, a designated ocean swimming area, a gym, and a children’s play center.
Restaurants are on-site with international Sheraton standards and lots of variety for the whole family. Poolside dining is also available plus sensational morning and evening buffets.
Maiavé Spa is the onsite newly built, beautifully designed spa facility boasting plunge pools, steam rooms, fitness classes, and fitness counseling. Appointment is required.

Other things to note
Make sure to check out the pedestrian-only walkway known as “the Malecon”. Here you will find restaurants and shopping along the waterfront. It is a family-friendly town with much to see. As you walk, you can watch the locals perform on the sidewalks and beach. The sand sculptures are incredible! My family has been vacationing in Puerto Vallarta for many years, walking downtown with my children day and evening, we never felt uncomfortable or unsafe. The police presence is very visible on every corner. Tourists are warmly welcomed.
This Sheraton unit the "Grand Suite", is my family timeshare we don’t always have time to use. I know you will enjoy yourselves at this beautiful, meticulously kept Mexican getaway!
