Located in the quiet subdivision of Palmyra, this house enjoys an excellent location in an exclusive area of Cuernavaca, just 2 minutes from the main highway. This gives you comfort and easy access to other attractions in the area.
Step inside the main area of the home, and you’ll be greeted by warm colors that evoke nature, gorgeous wood furniture, natural fabrics, and large windows that fill the space with light and overlook the garden. Gather around the fireplace in the sitting room and enjoy quality time together.
The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances and all the most important basics to prepare any meal of the day, and if you’d like to hire a private cook, one can be arranged with prior notice, just let us know! If you’re dining in, there is a breakfast bar, as well as indoor and outdoor dining tables for those sit-down meals that can also serve as laptop-friendly workspaces if needed.

The nearest international airport to the property is the Licenciado Benito Juárez International Airport (IATA: MEX) in Mexico City, about 90 km or 56 miles away. If you are arriving by car, there is parking for 2 vehicles on the premises.
Other Things to Note:
Guests must climb stairs to reach certain areas of the home/property.
A private cook can be provided for an extra fee. Please reserve at least 48 hours in advance.
The private pool can be heated for an extra fee. Please contact us at least 48 hours prior to arrival for the current amount to be paid upon arrival in cash.
Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance.
Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.

- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 11 pm, to respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are allowed.
Interaction with Guests:
Please let us know your arrival time at least 48 hours beforehand. Someone from the local team will be there to welcome you.
