Positive: Clean apartment, comfortable bed and nice furniture

Negative: The neighborhood is bad, the code provided to open de apartment didn’t work and the telephone provided didn’t work either. I was lucky to see another tenant who gave me the number of another person in charge of the property so finally I got a key but it took more than 30 minutes to access the room. It was past 10pm and just wanted to shower and get in bed but NO HOT WATER!!! I call the second person about it and told me management will check on it the next morning!!!!???? In my one night stay???Told her that was not acceptable and wanted another room and she said I needed to call another person. I was exhausted and just showered with cold water and went to bed for few hours before my check out. Also, the apartment did have any bottled water nor any place to buy it so didn’t have anything to drink during my stay.

Summary: No hot water, bad neighborhood, no drinking water but comfortable bed
