So many options to consider while relaxing on the sofa or having a cup of coffee in the dining area to include reading a good book, streaming a show on the 75” TV, listening to the Sonos music system, or enjoying the views through the floor to ceiling windows.
While the optimal guest count is 4-6 guests, the unit has the ability to flex up and host 12-13 guests. All mattresses are very comfortable ( no fold out sofa’s here) 1 king, 2 Queen and 4 ($1200) twin roll out beds. ** undisclosed overnight guests are billed at $150 per person per night.
