This updated single level, 2 BR 2 full bath, end unit condo can very comfortably sleep 4 and has been beautifully remodeled!. Tile floors, quartz kitchen counter tops and new kitchen cabinets, New HV/AC and all stainless steel appliances. Washer and Dryer in garage. Updated bathrooms!! Great location, situated at the end of a quiet interior street, in the very heart of Palm Desert. Close to Shopping, Restaurants, Golf, Grocery and Drug stores all very close by. Tennis courts on the property as well as 3 heated pools and hot tubs. One just steps from the front door. The Complex has a Clubhouse with a huge Swimming pool with waterfall, Tennis courts, and workout room. Condo has Cable TV, Wifi, 60" Smart Tv in Living room and each bedroom has its own 42" television. There are 2 courtyards, front and back eating areas, I also have put in A NEW Gas Grill. You'll also enjoy your morning coffee or Espresso with your own amazing coffee station, ready to drink on the East facing patio with the new Keurig and Nespresso machines.There is also a Mr. Coffee if you like to make a full pot of coffee. The functional floor plan has nice separation between the two bedrooms and a bright and open feeling in the living area which includes a gas fireplace and wet bar and the entire unit is ceramic tile. Stroll across front yard to the pool and spa literally just steps from your front door. Its a Beautiful Gated community.. Golf nearby and situated a block away from the Marriott Desert Springs Resort for golf, restaurants and more shopping. Ive included a desk and full work station with wifi printing, so you can work if needed in the unit. Bring your iPads or laptops and hook into the wifi to print.
