It is fully furnished and can actually sleep 4. The couch folds down and the loft is perfect for children. We have a queen-size Tempurpedic bed in the central area, a fold-down sofa, and a low-ceiling loft with camping mats. The backyard is perfect for hammocks (provided under the staircase) and hanging out. The bathroom is a shower and commode.
