Positive: The location of the apartment is very central and for this very quiet.

Negative: A deposit of 2000 pesos is required in advance for this apartment. We only read this message when we arrived because we had no phone reception. Only after calling back and forth with the owner and paying did we receive the access code. We have never had to pay a deposit for a holiday apartment or hotel room. And nothing is noted on booking either. The furnishings are getting old and don't make you want to linger. Please note: it is also not possible to leave your suitcase if you continue your journey in the evening. We have never had these experiences with other apartment stays.
