Positive: I had a great stay at this property in Tulum. The service and staff were exceptional, super attentive and always ready to help with anything I needed. My room was right in front of the beach and the ocean, so I could fall asleep to the sound of the waves, which was incredibly calming. The property itself is very quiet, giving a full sense of relaxation. I also loved that the room was cleaned every single day. Overall, an amazing experience and I’d happily stay here again.

Negative: The only downside was the WiFi, it was a bit funky at times. They mentioned they sometimes have issues with iPhones connecting, so if you work remotely, it might not be the best setup. For me it wasn’t a big deal since I came for vacation anyway… honestly it just turned into a vacation from my phone too.
