Master bedroom with king bed and full master bath; second bedroom with king bed and third bedroom with 2 twin size beds. Upper and lower decks with pond view. Small, safe, friendly community which offers, outdoor pool, indoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, tennis courts, pickleball court, basketball court and playground. So close to OC beach, boardwalk, outlets, golfing, boating, fishing beach, crabbing pier, go-carts and miniature golf. If you haven't experienced Assateague Island or Frontier town, it's time! Just a short drive to both and an experience you'll never forget! Convenient Grocery Store within walking distance. Hang out at the many popular restaurants, including Hooper's Crab House, Crab Alley, Sunset Grille and Waterman's Seafood Co. Also our favorite, Dumpsers is less than a mile away. We enjoy our home at the beach so much and want you to do the same.
