Casa Buena Suerte is a charming privately-owned 5 bed villa in the exclusive gated residential community of Playacar Phase 1, in the heart of the famous Mayan Riviera. Just a few steps away from the beach and crystal-clear turquoise ocean . A short walk will take you to downtown Playa del Carmen, one of Mexico’s fastest growing resort towns. Equipped with 5 bedrooms 5.5 bathrooms. Rooftop pool with jacuzzi and grill. Pool table, bar area, Lap pool on the ground floor, fast WiFi throughout, cable TV and more. THE VILLA
The house is a private house, which you will have full access to. It has 5 bedrooms all with en suite showers. All bedrooms have a private bathroom, two of which have bathtubs and showers, the remaining three bedrooms have en-suites with showers.

This 5-bedroom villa gives guests a modern ambiance just minutes away from Playa del Carmen’s best beach, while it sits right next to the world-class golf course.
Casa Buena Suerte features 5 bedrooms each with its own private bathroom. Some of these bathrooms have both showers and bathtubs. There are 3 large king suites each with large king-size beds. The remainder of the bedrooms consist of 2 queen suites, each with queen-size beds.
The villa boasts a large kitchen and open living and dining area that welcome your entire group to commune in one area; eat, relax, watch some TV after a day of sun and sand. The lower ground floor is equipped with a pool table, cinema TV, indoor/outdoor bar area and dart board. Head to the roof for more outdoor living and dining areas and a huge rooftop pool and jacuzzi.
THE WATER
The villa is moments away from the beautiful and private beach of Playacar. It is a 90 second walk from the house. The beach is one block away from the house. The beach is beautiful and as it is private it is rarely busy. The beach is cleaned daily by the Playacar administration. If you fancy a change from the sea, dive into the lap pool in the garden of the villa or head to the rooftop and use the extra large roof top pool and jacuzzi.
The rooftop is equipped with a jacuzzi, loungers, free standing power shower and large state of the art grill. This is a beautiful area of the home for you to plan a group event such as an afternoon lunch or an evening BBQ under the starry sky.
THE AREA
The villa is situated in tranquil Playacar Fase 1, a family-friendly neighbourhood just minutes away from Playa’s famous Quinta Avenida (5th Avenue) and a beautiful white-sand beach, which offers privileged access for guests and residents. Playacar Fase 1 is the most exclusive and sought after area to spend a vacation in Playa Del Carmen.
We can offer full service in the villa for additional price. We have two fantastic chefs who work for us, the first is an amazing local chef who cooks with his wife. He can do many different types of cuisine, they are available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is no obligation to book every day, you can book one meal the whole trip, you can book daily or you can see how you feel and decide when you arrive.
Similarly we offer additional services such as laundry service, daily maid service, grocery collections, airport transfers, help booking excursions and restaurants. For a small additional charge we are happy to arrange it all for you. If you and your guests would rather book directly with the venders that’s also fine. We can provide contact details of everybody we recommend and trust, we never take commissions on anything we book we just want to make sure our guests have the best experience possible.

The entry to the house is through a door-code which will be provided to you the day before arrival. Check-in and check-out are with our house manager who will be there to greet you upon arrival and departure. Our manager will be the point of contact during your stay to assist with anything to do with the property. She is knows Playa Del Carmen and the surrounding areas very well and can provide additional concierge services to assist with all elements of your stay upon request.
