We've got it all - a beautiful pool, comfy beds, and an amazing backyard. Within a few mins drive to the beaches including Lauderdale by the Sea, Las Olas Beach, and Pompano Beach and Pier. Close to the mall, restaurants, bars, breweries, downtown Fort Lauderdale, and Las Olas Blvd shops and restaurants!

After a fun day of adventure, hang out with your friends and family in the spacious living area and watch a movie or watch a sports game on our 70” LG Smart TV. It has plenty of light and flows together to create a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The sofa bed is comfy, so you can curl up with a good movie or board game.
The living area opens up to a large kitchen that is fully equipped with stainless appliances and an ideal spot to cook a full-course meal for the entire gathering. The kitchen island and dining table are great places to enjoy a delicious meal together. From the dining area, there is a sliding door that leads out to the covered patio and all the outdoor amenities.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a 43” LG TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the 3rd bedroom has a full-sized bed.
The Casita has its own entrance/external door, a 43” LG TV, a queen-sized bed in the bedroom (4th bedroom), a full futon sofa, and an ensuite bathroom.
For those who are working while here, we have a dedicated workspace with a desk, chair, and 2 large computer monitors Dell for you to use and high-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 1.2 Gbps!

Step outside and dip in the sparkling non-heated pool or on warmer nights you can enjoy barbecuing in your private backyard! You can also gather around by the firepit while relaxing on the Adirondack chairs. Chill out with your friends or family on the screen-enclosed Lanai area that features multiple lounge chairs, a new Cabana Bar with a 12 ft quartz countertop that contains (2) 3.2 cubic feet beverage/wine refrigerators, and stainless steel drawers!
An ensuite washer and dryer, free Dumbbell weights and yoga mats, pack n' play, high chair, top of the line PH balanced all-home water filtration system by Allini Water, and 4-6 driveway spaces are all provided during your stay!
Located in a great, family-friendly community that offers beachside playgrounds, grills, and picnic tables at Friedt Park, just 8 minutes by vehicle. Nearby attractions include an Amphitheatre, Municipal Golf Course, and Anglin's Fishing Pier, all within 2.7 miles. Just bring your bathing suit and you are ready for the warm ocean water, beautiful sandy beach, and unending sunshine.
