Summary: The spa was excellent and the food is to die for in all the restaurants. The front desk staff needs better training as they caused a very embarrassing situation for us. They are not very sure about procedure. Waiters need better service except for Maria in Reef 72....she is absolutely excellent and deserve the highest praise! I wanted to offer her a job in Canada! Hussain made us feel extremely welcome as he is the hotel set it upper!
