Up the spiral staircase is the master bedroom, bath and a private patio with a large sitting area. It is the best place to watch fireworks that occur almost nightly from surrounding properties. There is a pool for the condo directly in front of the building. The beach is a mere 100 yards away, with a fire pit available in the evenings.
