FANTASTIC private Balcony 9x18 ft with both ocean and bay/lake view (~240°). HIGHLY UPGRADED, beautifully decorated. Large walk-in closets in all the bedrooms. Flat screen TV in living-room and all the bedrooms. The master bedroom is updated to smart TV and can play Netflix, Roku and Hulu, if you have accounts. Full kitchen with spacious adjacent dining area. Secured elevator. Two reserved covered parking spaces and locked storage.
