Seagull Villas #9 is a beautiful beachfront townhome located on the West end of Panama City Beach! From the moment you walk in, you will notice the nice high-end touches and upgrades throughout! There is a full-size kitchen and living area downstairs with beautiful views of the Emerald Waters. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room downstairs. There is shower in the downstairs bathroom. Enjoy a covered balcony and a grilling area just down the steps in the sand! The bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom has a Gulf view and its own private balcony. There is a king size bed and a nice private bathroom. The second bedroom is spacious and also has a king size bed. There is a bathroom dedicated to this bedroom as well.
For March - October, there will be a beach chair setup - two chairs and an umbrella per setup - provided
